POLICY

KSM Sweets requires a 50% security deposit to confirm your order and the date of your event. Your 50% deposit is required to reserve your date and serves as a contract for services to be provided.

• All orders placed within 2 weeks (14 days) of your date requires full payment.
• All orders placed before 2 weeks of your date requires a 50% security deposit. The remainder of your balance is due at time of pick up or delivery.

 

ALL PAYMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE

• The payment to secure your order is due within 3 days (72 hours) of receiving your invoice if your order is needed beyond 2 weeks of your date.
• If your order is needed within 2 weeks of you receiving your invoice, payment is due immediately.

Please make sure everything is correct on your invoice. If there are any corrections that need to be made, please contact KSM Sweets immediately. KSM will correct the errors and send the invoice back to you. Once your order has been delivered or picked up, KSM Sweets is not responsible for any damages to your order.
